California Lis Pendens Law: oppressive, unjust, and frivolous complaints and claims filed by licensed attorneys are entitled to a statutory assumption of “probable validity”


What does California Code of Civil Procedure 405.3 mean when combined with California Code of Civil Procedure 405.21?  It means that there is a presumption of probable validity to any claim filed by an attorney, and a requirement that a Judge “prejudge” any case filed by a pro se litigant.  What exactly are we going to do about it?
